All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
We encourage you to carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before making a purchase. Should you need any assistance, our team is always available to help with your inquiries prior to ordering.
Exceptions:
The only exception to this policy is if you receive a defective or damaged item upon delivery. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or repair for the defective item.
